Get Started

Two ways to start the conversation.

Whether you're ready to schedule your Information Health Check-Up or you'd prefer a conversation first, we'll listen to your situation before we recommend anything. Fill out the short form below, then pick a time on our calendar that works for you. No pitch deck, no pressure, no follow-up sequence — just an honest look at whether we're the right fit for your organization.

Start where you're comfortable.

There's no wrong way to begin. Some prospects know early that a structured assessment is what they need and want to schedule the check-up directly. Others want to talk first, learn how we work, and decide whether the check-up is the right next step. Both paths get to the same destination — an engagement built on real understanding rather than guesswork.

Schedule Your Health Check-Up

For organizations ready to start with a structured assessment.

Our Information Health Check-Up is the first real engagement of any client relationship. It takes two to four weeks, costs nothing, and produces a written assessment of your records and document situation that's useful even if you decide not to engage us further.

From the check-up, we develop a proposal with specific scope, milestones, and pricing — followed by a proof of concept tailored to your engagement before any deposit is requested.

Talk to Us First

For organizations who want a conversation before committing to anything.

A 30-minute conversation. No pitch deck, no proposal, no pressure. We'll learn about your situation, you'll learn about how we work, and we'll figure out together whether the next step makes sense.

If both sides see a fit, we'll schedule the check-up. If we don't, we part on good terms and you've spent thirty minutes well. This is how most relationships start.

Tell us a bit about your situation, then pick a time that works for you.

A short message followed by a thirty-minute conversation. We'll respond to your message before the call so you know what to expect, and you'll get to choose the time that fits your schedule. No back-and-forth, no scheduling email chains.

We'll come to the conversation prepared based on what you share here.
After you submit, you'll be taken to our calendar to pick a time. We don't share your information with third parties, and we don't add submissions to a marketing automation sequence.

The phone still works.

Some buyers prefer to skip the form and reach out directly. That's welcome. The most direct path to Gary or the team is below.

Office
St. Louis, Missouri

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. Outside these hours, leave a message and we'll respond the next business day.

Here's how the next few days typically unfold.

Right after you submit
You'll be taken to our calendar to pick a time for the initial 30-minute conversation. Pick whatever works — same week or several weeks out, your choice.
Within one business day
We'll respond by email to confirm the appointment and acknowledge your message, often with a brief note about anything specific your situation suggests we should be ready to discuss.
The initial conversation
A 30-minute call where we learn about your situation and you learn about how we work. No pitch, no proposal, no pressure. If both sides see a fit, we discuss next steps.
If next step is the check-up
We schedule the check-up kickoff and send a brief intake document so we can prepare. The check-up itself takes two to four weeks of elapsed time.
If next step is something else
We'll tell you honestly. Sometimes the right next step is a different kind of conversation, a referral to a different firm, or a "this isn't a fit but stay in touch" handshake. We'd rather be honest about fit than push an engagement that isn't right.
We've structured the entry process this way for a simple reason: the relationships we're trying to build last for years. Starting them with a careful, honest conversation — at a time you've chosen — is the right way to begin.

That's fine. We're not going anywhere.

Some prospects find the site, recognize that what we offer is interesting, but aren't ready to start a conversation right now. Maybe the budget cycle is wrong. Maybe leadership transitions are pending. Maybe the records situation isn't yet bad enough to demand action.

That's all reasonable. Records and information management is rarely an emergency until something happens — and we'd rather connect when the timing is right than rush a conversation that doesn't have the right context.

If you'd like to stay loosely in touch without committing to a conversation, send a short note via the form above and mention that you're not ready yet. We'll add you to a small, infrequent quarterly update we send to interested prospects — usually one short note per quarter with something practical about records management or technology relevant to mid-market organizations. No marketing sequences. No sales follow-up. Just a way to stay in touch until the timing is right.

We'll listen first.

Whatever path you choose, the conversation begins the same way: we'll listen to what's actually going on in your organization before we recommend anything. That's how every relationship we've built — for thirty-five years — has begun.

Built for the long record.
